These medications a provided by the Federal Government we need to provide proper documentation including legal identification.

While certain services may require basic information to ensure proper care and follow-up, we strive to accommodate requests for anonymity to the best of our ability. It’s recommended to contact us directly to discuss your specific concerns and how we can assist you while respecting your privacy.

Costs are primarily in the form of suggested donations for services rendered. For example, for PrEP services, the initial appointment suggests a donation of $1,100 pesos, with follow-up appointments suggesting $550 pesos.

These contributions help sustain the center’s operations and ensure the continuation of our services.

While the PrEP medication is provided free of charge, there are suggested donations to cover associated expenses such as electricity, rent, tests, supplies, and personnel costs. However, if you’re unable to make a donation, please let us know. We assess each situation individually and will waive fees as needed to ensure you receive the care and services you need.

No one is turned away from receiving PrEP or PEP due to an inability to pay; everyone is welcome here.

Our tests and other medications are priced at a low cost to make it affordable, we are not able to provide these completely free at this time.

Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed by our friendly staff and may be asked to fill out our easy and fast online registration form. If you’re accessing medical services, a nurse will conduct preliminary tests, followed by a consultation with a doctor to discuss your health needs and medical history.
